Brazilian ornithologist, based in the mountains of Southeastern Brazil. PhD in Zoology and Professor at the Federal University of Itajubá (UNIFEI), Brazil, with research interests focused mostly on avian anatomy, systematics and natural history of South American birds, especially potoos and nightjars.
